Do I need to take a drivers ed course?
Depending on your age, you may need to enroll in a drivers ed class. If you are between the ages of 15 and 16, then you are required by the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety to take the driving course. If you are convicted of a DUI offense, you risk a commercial drivers license suspension. It is against the law to operate a commercial motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .04 percent or higher. Where can I obtain an ID card?
