My elderly mother needed a


My elderly mother needed a non-driver's license (ID card). Because she is disabled, I was concerned about her being able to sit in the chairs for a length of time. I called to see if there were any options available and spoke to a wonderful clerk named Bri. She said that when we got there, to come to the window and ask for her, and she would take care of us personally. I did, and she got Mom's ID card done right away and was so kind to my mother and to me. I know the people in line could see that my mom was struggling, so I don't think they minded her quickly getting taken care of. This young lady is an asset to her employer, and I hope she is treated as such. Thank you, Bri!

Took 3 hours and 3 trips for


Took 3 hours and 3 trips for a long time resident of Ozark to get a new drivers license with my new address. Clerk said I had to show a sign of residency and a verification of employment with my new address was not sufficient. Failed to mention that I could go next door and get a copy of my water bill. When told by her supervisor that is was the clerks call as to what type of proof I needed the clerk told me she did not "feel good about it" and required that I go home yet again for more documentation. Feels like a throw back to the days of government office license bureau. This office needs a major improvement in their customer service.
