The link for change of address implies it will change the address on your vehicle title and registration. It does not. It only changes your vehicle registration address, to do the title you have to go into a county office.

I went to the Conroe office

I went to the Conroe office early in July ,had. My picture taken and paid for new license with change of address. License number 08153589 Gwen Hansen. I have not received the license.
