This place is ridiculous. 4

This place is ridiculous. 4 times they have failed my girl friend who I personally have bee teaching and she is great at it so far. This time the excuse was "she did not make a long enough stop" 5 Seconds Is plenty. What do they want a minute? This is so unfair. Not to mention it's a nightmare getting an appointment, this is more if u can slide them some cash they will chose you basis it seems. They will fail you for anything without even giving you a review of how you did or anything. I am going to take this a step further going to BBB and also City Hall. I am super upset. Not even California. Where getting a license is a serious task.

The people are very nice, but

The people are very nice, but the actual testing is not fair and balanced. My kid drove from out of town to test. She can actually parallel park - I have never been able to, and after 38 years of driving have never needed to. She had to parallel park between construction cones, at the beginning of the test; she's never had to use cones before. She hit a cone, and was failed immediately!! Unreal! Are they going to take my license away because I can't parallel park at all? At least she can do it when there is a car there... Parallel parking is not necessary - there are always other places to park. Problems with parallel parking should not be a reason for automatic failure!
