This place sucks! Guess what

This place sucks! Guess what the one in Nesbit does to! We tax payers have 0 options when it comes to getting good service at the DMV! They are rude and uneducated! They get paid by our tax dollars and are allowed to act like a bunch of zoo animals! Who is responsible for allowing this to continue? I have a call out for a formal complaint to Joey Treadway. The guy there named "John" is so rude and unprofessional. I will not go into detail of what happened today between 2:50p-3:05p but please stay tuned. If I have not received a response from Joey Treadway in one week, I will be contacting Andy Wise and you will see my story on TV. Today I am COMPLETELY DONE with government employees who think they can do whatever they want. It’s time to clean house and I promise I will NOT stop until I see change! That is all!!

Can I give them a big fat

Can I give them a big fat ZERO? THE RUDEST people ever, not helpful and the lady was beyond rude! I had to walk out because I was soooo FURIOUS! They need a wake up call, they choose that job if they can't be pleasant then they need to go home!!! I will have to drive to the Nesbit office once again, I have never had a good experience at the Olive Branch office, it's sad that I can't go to my local dmv because the people there are so rude and unprofessional!

I went in personally to

I went in personally to inquire about obtaining a learner's permit at which time I was given an application, although I later found it was the wrong application my visit was pleasant with the clerk sitting in the 1st seat from the left as it was when I spoke with her on Friday when I purchaed a manual. Ok so, upon reqlizing I may have the wrong application I called the DMV Center and I'm sure that I spoke with the 2nd seat clerk, who rudely hung up in my face after I inquired about hours of operation. Verbatim, I asked what time do you close and she replied we're closed 4:50pm...not 5:00pm. She went to say we open at 8 tomorrow. I asked again, whatbtime do you close she said we shut the computers down and count the cash at 4:50. My response, not 4:30 or 5:00 (as the hours are listed), but 4:50? Her reply yes ma'am. I said okay thanks and immediately the phone slams down. Now they had gotten better since being on thet news for their lack of customer service and too much attitiude., but in this case 1 apple is definitely spoiling the bunch.

OMG!!!! yall only see

OMG!!!! yall only see learners permits til 4pm, i go down there, 3 workers no customers and you cant process, can u say poorest state in the union and then you encourage me to pull my son out of school early so he can be as dumb as whoever came up with this idea. The kind man at the DMV said if they did not do this they would have a crowd of people wanting learners permits, uh yeah and pouring revenue into the state and making yall work a little more instead of shining a seat with your butt, ludicrous

They need new staff in this

They need new staff in this location. Better customer service and better trained on how to use the computer software. I went to get a MS drivers license, they called my number and I went the woman with long braids took my info and then went to the back room and didn't come back for about 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes just so they could tell me there was a problem with my drivers license and that I had to call a certain number. 20 minutes of my time that I'm suppose to be working, but took some time to come and get treated like this.

I have never been treated so

I have never been treated so rudely in my 35 years. My number appeared on a screen but was not announced. I waited for it to be audibly called. It was announced after the following number! I went up to inform the clerk and she chasitised me and made me take another number even after witnesses confirmed. I watched these employees take others with no number that were of African descent. I felt humiliated and helpless! They also were playing inappropriate music with sexual language.
