terrible experience We tried

terrible experience We tried to get my husband's CT drivers license changed to MS That woman was so unreasonable. There are plenty of people who would like a nice job like that. She turned us away because the SECOND bill had my first name rather than my husband's first, to prove residency. " How do I know you are married? I would need to see your marriage certificate!" What does that have to do with a driver's license???? Two senior citizens just trying to do the right thing.
Customer service is not what it used to be.

I went into the Diberville,

I went into the Diberville, MS office for driver's license renewal on the 17th of April 2013. I was previously in the office a little over 2.5 years ago when my daughter got her first license & 4 years ago with my wife when we got our original Mississippi driver's license. I noticed nothing has changed, the bad customer service, sarcasm, & attitude has not changed. Every time I have gone to this location, I have received the worse customer service of any government agency or commercial business I have ever visited. Worse of all, my treatment has been in front of both my daughter & wife. The employee that waited on me last time was an older lady with gray and white hair that certainly needs to go somewhere else or retire. As far as my attitude, I am retired enlisted military member with 25 years service and an air conditioning service technician dealing with customers for more than 5 years. I assume the public puts up with this behavior because they fear that if they speak back about the rude attitude, the employee will call in a law enforcement officer to escort them out. The only bright spot at this location is the lady at the front/greeting desk when you first enter. She was very polite & helpful.

i went to this station to

i went to this station to turn in my out of state license for a MS license, the lady at the information desk when you first walked in was very helpful and nice, while sitting filling out my paperwork, there was a older gentlemen come in that did not speak good English when a another lady at one of the windows loudy and rudely yelled at the man asking him if he wanted to renew his license for a 4 yr or 8yr then she rudely commented that if you don't speak english why don't you bring someone with you that does, i thought the treatment of this poor customer was ridiculous and very upsetting.I then witnessed her talking to other customers in a very nasty and rude way. This girl, Keyshia need to either get some customer service skills because without the customer you wouldn't have a job, or maybe just find another job alltogether, if i was her boss she would have been fired on the spot for how she handled that poor man.I personally will never come back to this location for any of my DMV business.
