Bad attitude by the women who greeted me. I am a disabled veteran and was treated like I am an idiot. People should not have to deal with someone like her.

The lady that answers ext.

1

The lady that answers ext. 116 is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I guess the TDPS does not spend money on training their office employees......she was very SHORT and not willing to answer questions!!! I will NOT be taking my 16 year old there for her driving test, we will wait all day in line at the Baytown office before I deal with someone like that!!!!
