This office had the most

This office had the most unprofessional, rude, hateful employees I have ever dealt with. They called me to reschedule my daughter's driving test due to heavy rains. We were told to be there Friday between 3 - 3:30. We arrived at 3:20 and were told we were late. I explained they had called to reschedule her test and we were told to be there between 3-3:30 for a 4 o'clock test and was told I was was lying. I have never been so angry and disrespected infront of a room of people. They were rude to almost every single person that came in. They told one man that he couldn't stand next to his wife and had to take a seat. They told one lady to leave with her cut of water. I saw them tell people to get off their cell phones. It wasn't the fact of what they were telling people as much as how they were treating and talking to people.Someone really needs to look into how this office is ran. I saw the head person in the office talking down to people so it obviously is acceptable from the top down. That is a problem for tax payers who pay their salaries. No one deserves to be talked to like that.

This office is overwhelmed

This office is overwhelmed and untrained. My wife was their for 2 hours waiting to renew drivers license. Once at the counter a was being check out and her card was declined. It was the employee who was not entering the zip code correctly that was causing the problem. So my wife had to go to ATM to withdraw cash, because employee doesn't know how to enter credit card information correctly.

I have lived in many cities

I have lived in many cities and many states and the Lewisville office is the worst office I have ever dealt with in regards to customer service. They are not only inefficient, they are rude and disrespectful to almost every person I saw come through the door. I noticed an earlier post that said they were racist. I didn't notice that because it appeared to me they treat everyone terrible. I had plenty of time to observe in the 7 hours I spent in the office getting my daughter her driving permit and then trying to get her a license. Whoever is in charge of that office needs to be terminated and they need to start over. If you live in the area, I would suggest that you save yourself a lot of trouble and go to the Gainesville, Weatherford, or even the Wichita Falls office. I dealt with all three offices while looking for other options and they were all very friendly and accommodating.
