I'm really not sure why they have a phone....

Been calling for over over a week. No one ever answers the phone. I have called at least 12 times. I guess we just have to drive over and prey we have everything we need.

Well they're consistent at least. Been calling for hours and no one answers? Our tax dollars at work!

Same here. Have been calling for several days and either get a busy signal or constant ringing. The number is a good number (979-836-2020) as that was given to me by the DMV. This is pathetic........civil service at its finest.

It never fails. If I need to ask a question or make an appointment, I can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone. I have called as many as 18 times in a row letting it ring until the phone cut off and no one answers but every now and then I will get a busy signal so I know that someone there to answer it. If I need to do any sort of business with Brenham DPS, I have to drive 45 minutes one way to do and then turn around and go back for my appointment date. Do yu have the ringer turned off r something because there is no way anyone could stand to hear a phone ring that many times and not answer it.
