This is the worst dmv I have ever been to. All of the people that work there have terrible customer service and are nothing short of rude for no reason at all.

This old man who wears


This old man who wears glasses and has white hair was the rudest human being I have ever had to talk to. He was so inconsiderate to what I had to say and it was so dissapointing. I didn't even talk for 10 seconds until he kept interrupting and and yelled at me, asking what my point was. It was so rude.

All the Agents in NYstate


All the Agents in NYstate DMV offices need some serious customer service etiquette. They are sooo rude. But again that also show they must have very little education. I also blame this supervisors are and that person supervising the supervisor.

Hello, I went to DMV and this


Hello, I went to DMV and this today 7.2.12 at lunch time, and the guy on window #1 was the most rude gentlemen ever, he would not let me tell him why I was there, was very rude, and treated me as an idiot.. who didnt know anything.. I had to ask him to b patience and why he had an attitude.. Not sure of his name, I do tell u that was the worst customer service I ever received in my whole life.

My name is Nor Wallace. I was at the DMV office at Garden City yesterday in the AM. I am following up on my complaint of an agent by the name of Donald who had behaved most inappropriately in his services to me. I had made some minor errors on the forms for a lien free title & replacement driver's license & he was extremely rude & condescending. I would even go a far as saying that he behaved like a racist. Because I am a person of color, he treated me like an imbecile & even scolded me for making the mistakes. I was told by the supervisor that a certain manager by the name of Mr/Ms Wallace was going to look into this & will be contacting me. However, I have yet to receive a follow-up phone call.
I expect Donald to be censured/reprimanded for this unprofessional behavior that reflects very badly on the services rendered by this DMV office. I have to state on record too that the supervisor & the other agent (a nice sweet lady) did attempt to make up for the poor service provided by Donald. I would like to be notified of the outcome of this complaint as I do not want Donald to be serving other customers with this intimidating behavior. Perhaps he thought that just because I am browned skinned that I am uneducated & by making some minor errors on the forms that I deserved to be treated like a pariah. FYI, I was rushing to get to work (& hence made those minor errors) as I am a Vice President/Head of Corporate Banking at a large high profile foreign bank in Manhattan. As for my education level, I happened to have an MBA. Thank you.
