I guess the only way to connect is to go to the dept and look them in the face. No one answers phone calls. Tired of trying..... ,, not a nice welcome since i just bought a house in this area..

The people here are making it

1

The people here are making it very hard for me to get my drivers license. They tell me I need one thing then I go all the way home to get it and they tell me I need something else. This is ridiculous. I've been back and forth 4 times. I'm filing a complaint.

There is a mean African

1

There is a mean African American lady there who tells lies so older people are intimidated. She makes up things so they can't get their license, then tells them they can' t try again. She also said that there's no such thing as a restricted license for a demographic area or restricted license to drive during daylight hours, or not driving during rush hour. She should be re-educated on NC driver's license laws and how to show respect to the older population.
