My parents and I are very

My parents and I are very disappointed with this place! I went there last week and 2 months ago for an attempt to get my license. They failed me on the parking even though I didn't hit any cones! And i was in the parking lane spot not crooked! And i had a rude black lady with blonde high lights and glasses give me attitude problems treating me like an elementary school-er by yelling at me! I was very hurt! Why would you get impatient with small mistakes at a young person who is starting on foot with the real world learning safely how to drive? I even apologized and she told me very rude "another thing your apologizing even when nobody asks you to!" And also a old white male instructor getting impatient and being irritable at small stuff. He was getting upset that I waited long to get my license even though im 19! Getting it with my parents! It sounds ridiculous but its true! Sadly someone reading this comment may think I was the problem but I was not. This is absolutely true! And i kindly asked him to repeat himself during the test since he had a low monotone voice. But he accused me of not following instructions all because i asked to repeat himself! Let me tell you these people are unprofessional especially the manager. And a young women who was a driving student wasted her money 410 dollars at this one instructor who drove the student car with out informing her that he was gone for 2 hours putting gas in the vehicle..She had to call the state of Tallahassee! So the women kindly told him that it was a very wrong thing to do especially not informing her ahead of time that the vehicle needed gas..Instead the instructor not apologizing yelled at her. You know when your in a business you treat your customers with respect. Especially young kids who need guidance in getting things straighten out. That's how you learn! This DMV is not cooperative. You call yourself a business with care! Heck no! Not only that a lot of people I know at least failed at this place but ended up getting their license somewhere else. So i failed 2 times, going somewhere else that's for sure. SO do NOT come here! If you want to pay and fail, go right ahead. All im telling you is go somewhere else like in Deerfield but not in Oakland. They have soo much patience and are kind. They even talk to your parents about what you messed up on. Oakland did not do that at all. Again they DONT CARE! But in Deer field they do!
