My neighbors son is 20 and has never had a Drivers License. What will he need to do in order to get one. What ID's, whats the cost, and can he take some of the test on the computer? Will he need to get a permit first etc.

Is there any particular reason that most of population that works mon - fri 8-5, has to deal with the DMV has ZERO hours for saturdays? This is the only state I've lived in where the DMV's has NO weekend hours. You know...for those people who have to go to work to pay for the taxes that keep these types of facilities open....

clean the streets they are a mess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!sewers too they are full! fire marshal of america !

I am amazed at every intersection that looks like a crash just happened and no one cares. I'm constantly driving over parts of glass, metal, and God knows what else in these intersections all over town.

I thought Chicago was bad.....these are SO much worse!

how about updating the information on your web site. For Jacksonville, Fl, I found that some of the offices listed have been closed for years ( the one on 103rd st). Some of the phones numbers have been disconnected - the one on Wilson. Like I have all the time in the world calling and finding out that number is no good ( from your web site) or, after waiting 22 minutes on hold, finding out the office has been closed for years.

I called 904 630 1916, the number shown on this web site for 6011 103rd st, jacksonville, florida office. Naturally, it went to a recording. That recording said my wait time would be about 4 minutes. I have been on hold for 17 minutes and am ready to hang up. Do you people answer the phone???????????????????????????

i would like to know more about regulations in dmv

How much is the penalties and the financial penalties for not stopping at a railroad crossing for an individual who has a CDL license. I believe it may be about $ 1,000.00 plus a years suspension of your license. Is this correct?
