#8 New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division

The New Mexico MVD has a well laid out navigation system. Online services is the first link within the main navigation making it easy to find the online service you are looking for. Content within the MVD website is easily readable and the navigation is laid out in such a way that the user is directed to exactly where they need to go. New Mexico has done a great job with their MVD website and as the state with the smallest population and GDP in the top 10 they are punching well above their weight.
