The Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles website would have made it into the top twenty DMV websites if it was mobile responsive, unfortunately it is not. The site provides a useful and logical menu with available online services clearly outlined on the homepage. With the amount of information within the homepage the website does however, appear to be rather cluttered.
