The Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles website conveniently included a link to their online services within the main navigation but unfortunately offer very few useful online services. Aside from offering a link to the online services in the main navigation links are rather unclear and not logical. The website is not mobile responsive and content is not written in a way that is easily digestible and concise.
