Visited the RMV's Springfield

Visited the RMV's Springfield office on 2/18/2015 at 1:04 pm. Waited for an hour and noticed, in my assigned line (B) there were only 7 people served in 55 minutes. Given my number, I could expect to wait until 5 pm. I decided to return my number to the front desk staff, who informed me they were having computer trouble. Why not tell customers?!! And give us the opportunity to return at another time. So disrespectful.

When I visited the Boston RMV

When I visited the Boston RMV Branch this week I was told that I had to go to the Quincy Branch for the relevant issue, a temporary handicap placard. The RMV site, however, shows there is no Quincy branch. It does not appear on the lists of branches, maps, phone lists, etc.
