If they don't want to work there....why do they? It is an unfriendly atmosphere. If they don't like working with the public QUIT!

0 out of 5, The service was terrible all older mem who moved extremely slow , no seating chairs left people were standing , ave wait was over 3hrs watched that man who was doing permts yell at a mother with a baby . she had a closed cup that had tiny crackers that she had given baby for 3 hrs an there was no mess , he made her throw it out and stood up and mocked her , this was totally uncalled for . he yelled at people who leaned against tables but never offers extra chairs from testing area . I usually go to butler But, I took an ederly friend who lived nearby for a photo Id, This site is run terribly and workers need people skills.

On March 17th I went to Allison Park DMV to get my license renewed. I just have to say that the entire staff
I dealt with was a delight. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in. I was called up for my picture within 10 minutes and I was on my way. I wrote down two women specifically that were so nice and helpful:
Darlene Malzone and Suzan. Thank you for a great experience

I went here today to get my name and address changed (I got married!) It was not nearly as busy as I expected, which was nice. My number got called and the man was very friendly and efficient. I went over to get my picture changed. This woman was awfully rude. Like I said, it was not busy. She had no one before me and no one after me, I was able to walk right over to her desk. She was an older woman with very short hair, reddish in color. She must have snapped at me four different times in the two minutes I was at her desk. I became very nervous and started to stutter (much to my embarrassment) which she reacted to by sighing heavily and rolling her eyes. I was humiliated by the time I got to my car. I understand that no one loves the DMV, but I was very patient and was not in a rush or rude in any way, but the numerous jabs and awful attitude she spewed at me was really unprofessional and flat out rude. I'm sure she was not raised in a barn, and she should not be treating people that way-- especially people who are being patient and pleasant. Woman to woman, your behavior was discpicible and incredibly unladylike.
