Huge THUMBS DOWN for this place! They can't even get the hours of operation right on their website. They list on the website hours of operation Thursdays until 8:00 PM and they closed at 6:00PM when I arrived at 6:25 and saw the door sign ! ! ! Pitiful, typical state-run, nobody cares operation.

This Malvern/Frazer location continuously disappoints!!!! This is not the first time we got there and it was closed on a Saturday. Because they are always closed on Mondays, If a Federal Holiday falls on a Monday, they close on Saturday. However, this is not clearly advertised within their "hour"s section"...Closed on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day (or following Monday if holiday falls on weekend), Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday, Christmas Day. ..., nor do the DMV customer service reps at the 800# make you aware of it. As a customer you find out when you get there. UGH! While in our car, we saw at least 10 other people walk up to the door to get in, only to read the flyer on the door. This is a huge inconvenience, your location needs to do a better job of publicizing this fact.
