By far the most awful experience I've ever had. Went on saturday morning and after waiting an hour for my number to be called, I was forced to speak to Tony, a bald and angry man that made me feel like an idiot and was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had never met someone so disgusting and willing to ruin my day in my entire life. I hope Huntington Valley gets their act together and either monitors how their employees act more or fires them, because what happened was unacceptable.

Terrible. Not all, but most of the employees are rude and unprofessional. There should be immediate mandatory training on how to treat the public in a courteous and professional manner. If these employees worked anywhere in the private sector they wouldn't last 2 days. I believe it is safe to say that my daughter's driving examiner might have been the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to meet ( no , it isn't a case of sour grapes, she passed on the first attempt). I literally kept looking around because I thought there was a hidden camera somewhere. I also worked with the public so I know some can be difficult but if my supervisor witnessed me talking to them in like manner, I would have been escorted out of the building with my name tag in a box. Please add a rating less then poor.
