They're not open till 8pm. What a sucker I was to think I was actually going to finally make it there for a photo ID at 6:30 to find out they close at 6.

Wow! people are not on your schedule! On this website it clearly says when they open, but it is the DMV's fault that you didn't look it up.

Scroll up... the schedule says open until 8PM Thursdays. They 'got' me too. Next time I use any state office I'll call them first because it's pretty clear that nobody at the state thinks to update their websites when they change something fundamental like their operating hours.

The examiner of road test was so good, so I give my 1star to him. Though, I don't recommend this place. There's a crazy man.
Last Saturday, I passed the road test. When I took next step necessary to get the cardinals , I met a very angry staff. At first, I couldn't notice that he called my name ◎◎◎◎. Because he pronounced it very American way. He read aloud my name properly in that sense. But different countries have different pronunciation. When I noticed that he was calling my name, I walked up to the table immediately.

"Hello. Did you call my name? My name is ◯◯◯◯."
Staff:"Are you ◎◎◎◎? Oh, I called your name 4 times! Did you hear that? 4 times!! 4 times!! Why didn't you come 1 time?! You don't seem to understand what's going on here, right? Do you really understand what's going on here? You, ◎◎◎◎! Give me your paper!"
He said he called my name 4 times, but I couldn't notice that because of the different accent.

"I'm sorry about that. Here are the papers."
"What? You give me all of the papers. Don't you know what paper I need? I don't need all of them. Do you understand it? Do you understand what's going on here? You don't understand what's going on here! Right? Hand me one proper paper! Or I don't do anything for you to get the license! "
I wondered why he could show undisguised anger? Because I'm not a native?I just handed him my learner's permit.

"Next, you have to answer the questions on PC. Do you understand what I'm saying? Do you understand? If you don't understand English, I won't give you driver's license! "
"OK. I'll answer the questions. Please wait. I choose English. "
I wondered if he could have the right to decide whether or not to give me license. I wanted to say something. But not to make him hit the ceiling, I said nothing.

"Hey, you! Now I'm preparing your temporary license card. You have to wait a few minutes. I called your name 4 times before. Do you know that? 4 times! Next time, you have to come here at 1time. Ok? I'll call you only one time. If you don't come when I call your name, I'll put your driver's license into trash! Into garbage can! You'll never get your license! Do you understand? Come! Only 1time!"
He looked at me with franc dislike.

I was just surprised why he could show like that attitude.
Is he a racist?

By far the most awful experience I've ever had. Went on saturday morning and after waiting an hour for my number to be called, I was forced to speak to Tony, a bald and angry man that made me feel like an idiot and was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had never met someone so disgusting and willing to ruin my day in my entire life. I hope Huntington Valley gets their act together and either monitors how their employees act more or fires them, because what happened was unacceptable.

Terrible. Not all, but most of the employees are rude and unprofessional. There should be immediate mandatory training on how to treat the public in a courteous and professional manner. If these employees worked anywhere in the private sector they wouldn't last 2 days. I believe it is safe to say that my daughter's driving examiner might have been the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to meet ( no , it isn't a case of sour grapes, she passed on the first attempt). I literally kept looking around because I thought there was a hidden camera somewhere. I also worked with the public so I know some can be difficult but if my supervisor witnessed me talking to them in like manner, I would have been escorted out of the building with my name tag in a box. Please add a rating less then poor.
