Today could have been a hassle because I had to leave to go get a eye doctor's statement for a license renewal from out-of-state to TN... These ladies were GREAT!!!! Yes, the line was long and it was crowded; that isn't their fault - The employees were helpful, patient, to-the-point, but polite. I want to applaud Ms. Geeter and the "Camera Lady" for their helpfulness. Sometimes you get back what you give.... Be nice and patient, folks...

Tips for people going to this


Tips for people going to this Center

1. Have a level of patience greater than Nelson Mandela, Gandhi (put together)

2. Take all your documents with you. MLGW, etc

3. Expect some employees to be rude especially the one sitting in the front desk, even supervisors are not doing anything to object this behavior

4. Lack of common sense, an employee when returning my documents took someones documents and gave it along with mine.

5. Some of the employees are nice but the system is dysfunctional

6. Out of state, Foreigners DO NOT go to this center. If there is any other center, go with that. Dont even think about it twice. They disregard foreigners.

7. If they give you a phone number and ask you to call, dont bother. The rep will ask you to come to the center to get it answered. Not sure why they have a phone line, nothing gets accomplished.

8. I would not advice my worst enemy to go to this center.
