It was our first time in this office,"we are new in this area" walking in, my husband and I. We were trying to read the computer screen for information and got ourselves two tickets. We walked into the waiting area and this man with glasses and very loud " scream at us"one ticket please, do not mess our systems" I felt embarrassed and tried to let him know that we were two people so we took 2 tickets. He never said I am sorry, he was very unprofessional and very unpolite. We walked out without solving our problem. Next time we probably go to another DMV office. Fuquay Varina did not have good customer services. This employee needs customer services training, he also needs to realize that if was not for us, he would
not have job. He is there to serve and respect the customers like we respected him without being respected. Our first impression was not a good one.Hope his supervisor reads this comment and have a good talk with this man. One more thing he is loud and everyone there hears your business. What happens to privacy or HIPPA LAWS.Does it applies for FV. office?
