MVD is a joke. After waiting

MVD is a joke. After waiting over an hour on 4 different days to transfer a title on a mobile home, still no progress. Each time they add new requirements - only to find out at the last visit that the requirement they imposed at the first meeting was incorrect advice. There is no accountability in this organization!
