Location on map (blue marker) is in wrong location on map for the Revere MA location. Looks like it is marked on Revere St not Everett St.

This has to be the worst customer service on the planet!..no one is helpful and it takes at least an hour to get someone one the phone!! And when someone actually pick up, again, NOT HELPFUL! Where do they find these people????

Let's just put it this way, I only selected a star because I had to. The staff at this office is disgusting to say the least. I've never in my life met so many rude people working in the same building. The greeter alone (the older gentleman with white hair) is the most rude, condescending, arrogant and non-helpful state employee I have ever encountered. I've encountered this gentleman on a number of occasions and he has never, ever been the least bit helpful and always rude. I am in the customer service industry and if I ever even thought about treating people the way the staff here does, I would be terminated before I walked in the door.
