Went there about a week ago to get my license renewed as it had been 2 years and I'm over 80. After waiting about 2-1/2 hours a man finally called my name to take the driving test. We got in my car and he went through the tests of the signals working, lights, etc. and that went ok. Then he had me head for the exit from the parking lot and said "go left". We were so close to the exit I thought me meant to go left when we got out of the lot.....but he screamed "I SAID GO LEFT!". He wanted me to turn left in the parking lot. Then we got out to the street and turned onto another street. He said I didn't get over to the right quick enough and was driving on the wrong side of the road (I only was there as I was moving over). He then screamed 'YOU FAILED!!" "TURN BACK INTO THE PARKING LOT!" I actually was tested for about one to two minutes. When he was behind the counter before we went out I could hear him complaining about how tired he was. In all my 80 years I have never been yelled at the way this man yelled. He should not be working with the public. Is this the best the State can get? There are decent people out there who don't have jobs who I'm sure would be more fair and kinder. There was absolutely no excuse for his behavior.

My mom is 85 and she was treated awful there also by a young man named Daniel. She was yelled at and given driving orders the last second which made them unsafe to follow.

quick service, great people

bad attitudes, displays of discrimination, and poor customer service, especially at the information window.

not only run down and outdated, but it is one of the worst facilities to go to hands down.

Poor service. Rude personnel. I worked hard to get my father to this country legally. He just got here last week with his green card permanent resident status. He was excited to get his driver's lisence and studied for the written test. He personnel who manned the information desk was very rude to him and me when we ask for assistance to obtain a driver's license. He brought along with him his green card, his social security card, passport and two utility bills belonging to me with my driver's lisenced attached to them since he is staying with me. The personnel abruptly dismissed us refusing to listen to my father's situation. He handed him a list of accepted documents which upon reading them will entail at least 2 months to obtain. I pointed that fact to the personnel and was only told that that "that is just the way we work here!" That ment for my father be unable to drive for work for at least 2 months. This is not acceptable and more so the attitude. Very unprofessional. Mr. Jesse white does not need this kind of employee under his wing.
