Apart from visiting the driver licensing locations in the 4 counties to schedule your vision, knowledge and road tests, you may also contact the respective licensing locations to schedule certain activities in advance:- You can make a road test appointment online, or reschedule an existing appointment in Honolulu County.
- You can make a road test appointment for commercial license by calling (808) 961-2224 in Hawaii County.
- You can make a road test appointment by calling (808) 270-8080 for Kahului Service Center or (808) 248-8254 for the Hana Office or (808) 565-7878 for the Lanai Office or (808) 553-3430 for the Molokai Office in Maui County.

- Third Party Testers authorized and certified by the Hawaii Department of Transportation conduct the skills tests for Class 4 and commercial licenses in Honolulu City and County, Hawaii County and Kauai County.

I have problem with my driver license sonbody have my identification in the city and this person have a violation drive I send for DMV Hawaii old my document in 08/07 because a need to change my license an I cant for this problem. I never live in Hawaii old my live I live in Puerto Rico and now I am in Virginia state please a need yuor help with this problem.
