What an experience and one that I will NEVER repeat! Waited over 2 hours outside in the warm weather as all the seats were taken by seniors and moms with new babies. Walked in when I looked through the window and saw that my number was 7 numbers away. As I walked in, they skipped 10 numbers ahead. I walked up to the counter and asked why they passed 10 numbers and the woman responded "if you are not in here when we call your number we pass over you have screwed everything up and all these people will not be happy. YOU need to wait inside at all times!" I was raised to give up sitting to older people. She shamed me and my son for being courteous. The fact that there were 42 people inside that small building at once was a definite concern as there are only 16 seats and not many places to stand. I believe it is a fire code violation which I will be following up on. my son was going to take his driving test he introduces himself to another woman and she replies "I know your name already". And at the end of his driving test she says "you failed". The women there are the most unkind people I have ever met...and I am a nurse who meets people every day!

After what I heard today, I would never go back. Couple women at the front made very rude remarks & racial references towards my daughter. I couldn't believe it. I'm calling the manager tomorrow. Taking this to the top & beyond.
