Seriously. Please consider

Seriously. Please consider looking at how the process at the DMV in Las Vegas, on flamingo rd and cimaron, is done. It is way faster and much more efficient. Why not have a computer system in the information booth where everyone in line would select the reason for their visit and have a text message sent to them on the approx wait time with up-to-date messages on when they are next in line. And if the customers are at the DMV, they will be called to a window with the last four digits of the phone number they provided. This way people can leave the DMV and come back when it's close to their time.

Waiting for 5 hours to register a vehicle is outrageous when it took me 15 in Las Vegas to get it all done.

Since moving back to the old

Since moving back to the old remodeled location this DMV is terrible. I went there today and there were people who had been waiting for 3 or more hours. I am handicapped and it used to be that they gave numbers for the handicapped and the wait was usually not too long. Now I'm told that the number they give is for non- appointments regardless of whether you're handicapped or not. Either way, none of those numbers were being called so I left choosing to make an appointment. I had to do business witht the DMV when they were in the temporary location and the service was a lot better and faster.

I think the dmv in

I think the dmv in Victorville has really improved. I WENT there 3 times this past October and was really surprised to see how fast they process you if you have an appointment. I used to drive to Barstow , but no more, great job to all of you at the Victorville office.

This dmv is slow. Out of 15

This dmv is slow. Out of 15 windows only 7 are open and there is alot of people waiting. Maybe they need new personal or something.
