Though most of the office people were nice, the person who took my driving test was particularly arrogant. Her name tag said Reynold. She kept yelling at me during the driving test on the top of her voice. Its very difficult to drive when the person sitting next to you keeps yelling, sitting at the edge of the car seat turning her body totally facing you instead of the road, and yelling WHAT ARE YOU DOING? and puts the scoring sheet next to you circling things while shouting. While giving the driving test people will already be nervous, and so all these yelling may cause an experienced young driver to stop in the middle of the road.
Unless you have driven for 40 years and perfected the art of driving, would really advise you not to take the test here.
It did not end there, I had my 2 year old daughter in my hand and she just touched the instrument that is used to test your eyesight in the DMV office and she said "don't damage it" to my daughter rudely and said to me that i should be careful in a rude tone - trust me a 2 year old touching will not damage the instrument built out of metal.
If the MANAGER of this specific DMV office reads this review, please understand that I don't have any grudge towards her for failing me in the test. Her constant yelling is the problem. Also, please make sure that she doesn't treat all the Non Americans the same way me and my 2 year old kid was treated. But it is highly unusual for an official of DMV to yell at people who come for the road test. You guys are there to evaluate our driving and pass or fail us, I assume there is no need for yelling there. The yelling might cause accidents. I was so scared to complain to the manager in that office, as the person who took my test looked like a senior officer and so, I thought she might yell at me again in front of all the other office staff.
