Everytime I go to this place I leave with a bad taste in my mouth. Worst customer service everrrr! You would think because your going there to spend 300/400 dollars everytime you would think they would treat you with a little respect but nope! Went there today to go register my vehicle, transfer my plate and I asked the old lady with the bad perm job and construction vest if I would need to renew my sticker as well because it was almost due and I wasnt sure if it would come with my plates since I have never transfered it before and she didnt even look at me and just said "sure". I was just as clueless as I was when I walked in. Of course I figured it out on my own, and got it done. I been in the customer service field since I was 16 and if I treated a customer the same way that lady treated me today I would of been out of a job. I honestly hate coming to the dmv, I understand its not suppose to be a pleasant experience but come on is a little respect too much to ask for??
