I went in the middle of the month to avoid the laggards and the procrastinators that go at the first of the month and the end of the month, and my assumption worked out very well for me. I had only a few people in front of me and after I sat down I only waited maybe 3-4 minutes before my number was called. I received very good customer service from both agents I spoke to, and in fact they called me right back after I left because they forgot to give me something which I thought was very nice of them to do, given a simple mistake. I was very pleased with my experience. Just remember to have everything before you go.


Went there this morning to transfer a title and get new plates for same vehicle. Sat over an hour and watched the few people at counter wait on customers at the speed of an ill turtle. One woman took over 15 minutes with each person she helped. No transaction at DMV short of a driving test should take that long. It is paperwork for heavens sake. After each customer some of the workers were without a customer for up to 5 or more in two cases minutes. They just sat there or got up and walked around.It seems they do not care at all if they service the taxpayer customer at all. It is obviously managed very poorly. Make the sorry ones work. Finally, prior to my just leaving in disgust, I noted out of the 6 to 7 open counters there were large time spans where only one person was being waited on in the entire building. Sad. Should be ashamed of themselves.
