I work for an insurance company and always try to help my clients while purchasing a new vehicle. However, every time I call this location, the number is busy, and then when it actually picks up, its because everyone has left and they are closed. So then I listen to the music that plays until I just decide to hang up. The site does not list a fax number, which I know they have one because in the past because I have faxed insurance cards to this location for my clients. Whether its because they just purchased a new vehicle or because they may have an expired card with them.

I leave reviews when they are excellent, and I leave reviews when they are far from excellent. In this case, its far from excellent.

3 clerks on duty at 10 am line was at least 20 deep the entire hour i spent in line- cant understand why a contract would be awarded to an organization that clearly cannot handle the responsibilities required
