An absolute joke. Glad I have a out of State License so I wont have to be continually subjected to the place. It's honestly a nightmare if your having to deal with the hearing officers. Avoid at all costs!

I will try to keep this

I will try to keep this short. Although that's going to be difficult. Our 17 year old had us looking everywhere for an exam other than the closest office, which is S.Yarmouth. This is due to the fact that many people have given this place an unwarranted bad reputation. Especially, with the road test administrator. Kind of reminds me of the "Salem Witch Trials". We did what our son wanted and took him to Taunton, 1.5 hours away. He failed. Not because he had a rude mean person; because he was not ready. I finally told him this is silly. Next appointment will be S.Yarmouth and if you fail, you will have to work harder to get better for your next test. I also told my son, don't listen to all the negative people that simply don't own a mirror. He made the appointment. He was by far not perfect, matter of fact I would have failed my own kid. However, he was passed and given a wonderful talk at the end which I absolutely appreciated. So, please don't ridicule this office or their staff. Just work on your skills over and over again and get better. It's that simple. It's also true that people that have great experiences don't always post reviews. It seems people that have other issues want to share in their misery with everyone else. So, please give yourself a chance, it will help your self confidence level greatly.

so frustrating, as a handicapped driver recovering from broken leg that I cannot call or email to say I have faxed a doctor's letter allowing me to drive instead of having to attend a hearing at 1PM today. Went to Plymouth yesterday to hand the letter in and they said they did not do medical. I am sick/w flu as well as handicapped, and hope the faxed letter will be sufficient.
