It is Monday morning. I stood

It is Monday morning. I stood in line out door for 30 minutes. Finally got number. Been waiting an hour and based in the numbers will be here for at least another 2 hours. They have 14 windows, yet only windows 3 and 14 are staffed??? Where are the employees? This is ridiculous. Came down from Santa Rosa because this location use to be fast. Not any more. Why is the dmv doing besides ruining people's day and taking time out of their lives.
