Terrible. The man told my brother he hit a car while parking but i saw the whole thing and it didnt even scratch. I even did an inspection afterwards of the car and there wasnt the slightest bump or anything at all. So my brother told him it didnt hit and the instructer became annoyed, even acting so rudely to my dad afterwards who was there as well. DEFINITELY not coming back to chantilly to retake the test solely because of how rude and impolite the driving instructer was. Yes they may be authorized to pass and fail drivers, but it seems that basic etiquette and manners arent necessary to be in the business. very disappointed.

The most worst caring staff. I was there for my road test twice. In first test the examiner failed me without telling me why and how can I improve. In second, the lady again did the same, I approached her for to explain me where I need attention to pay on my driving. The staff do not have any human touch. The manager is very rude. Its like they have only one word to say is you are fail and here your world ends, because in their dictionary a failed student does not have any option except to stop driving. A student who already got fail need your caring advise on how to improve and not your harsh words and annoying tone of saying YOU ARE FAIL THATS ALL. I will rate them on 0-10 scale a big zero. They are the worst department I have ever came across.
