TYPES OF LOCATIONS

• DMV Field Full-Service Offices handle issues concerning titles, registration, licenses, commercial licenses, non-driver IDs, permits and more. You can also schedule your vision, knowledge and road tests here. DMV offices are open Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, except on state holidays.
• Dealer Central Offices are located in Charleston, Columbia, Chester, Greer and Ridgeland; and they handle issues related to dealers. Dealer Central Offices are open Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, except on state holidays.
• Sixteen DMV Offices in the state deal with licenses, non-driver IDs, and permits for non-U.S. citizens. These DMV offices are open Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, except on state holidays.
• Saturday Service Offices handle issues concerning titles, registration, licenses, non-driver IDs, permits and more. These DMV Offices are open from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.
