Reviews of How to Handle a Change of Address in Rhode Island

this may not be where i can get my answer but ill try any way .. my problem is that i had a cpl staying with me here in mass.. they moved out in nov. of 2007. Their vehicles were and still are registered to my home 445 goodwin st fall river ma. although they moved to rhode island well over a year ago in nov. 2007. i was wondering if this is legal to do or is there any way to get them to register their vehicles to their own address in rhode island. Their new address is 46 urban lane tiverton rhode island and their names are monica kelly and don r kelly.. she drives a lil red car plate number 90yz00 ./I'm sorry i don't know her husbands plate just that its a big blue truckwith a cab on it.. I see her car more frequently because she works near the mass line at christophers restaurant. I was always under the understanding that u had to register your vehicle to your new address as i had to change mine when i moved.. If this isn't true please except my apology and i guess i'll live with the fact that they have their vehicles reg to my address. if im right i'd appreciate any help as to how i can get them to change their reg. to their own address. thank you for your time ;-)
