How to Replace a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in Oklahoma

If your Oklahoma commercial driver's license (CDL) is lost, stolen, or destroyed, you can apply for a replacement license. While not required by Oklahoma law, it is a good idea to notify your local police department if you believe your CDL has been stolen.

APPLYING FOR A DUPLICATE CDL

  1. You will need to visit your local driver license exam station in person in order to apply for a replacement CDL.
  2. You must present one primary and one secondary form of identification in original or as certified copies along with Oklahoma address proof.
  3. Submit the replacement fee of $10.
  4. If your current CDL is damaged, you must surrender it at the driver license exam station when you apply for a replacement.
