The Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has Driver License Exam Stations and County Motor Vehicle Offices in all counties throughout the State. - Driver License Exam Stations handle issues concerning licenses, commercial licenses, non-driver IDs, license renewals and more. You can also schedule your vision, knowledge and road tests here. General hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, except for legal holidays. Hours and days of operation vary with different stations; please check with your local station for these.
- County Treasurer's Offices handle issues concerning registration, license plates, duplicate driver's licenses, address change and more. General hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, (timings may vary, please verify hours with your local office before visiting), except for legal holidays.
- County Clerk's Offices handle vehicle titles. General hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, (timings may vary, please verify hours with your local office before visiting), except for legal holidays.
- CDL Third Party Testers are authorized to conduct road tests for commercial licenses. Different Test Sites operate at different hours. Please verify the hours at your preferred Test Site and make an appointment before visiting in person.
