I found the office personnel to be very rude. I was talking to the manager and the lady that waited on me when others in the office chimed in with their opinions about the matter. One even stopped waiting on her customer to chime in and to tell me that I was being belligerent.

Poor service with egregiously bad manners and a smart alec young woman who's "service" skills are seriously lacking. The intentional and purposeful causing of people to wait in line while talking with others in the office demonstrated that some people skills and professionalism needs to be learned in this office.
