I have had nothing but issues with this DMV for years. Last year I took my son up to get his permit and they wouldn't give him one because they didn't like the proof of residence we had (taxes with him listed as a dependent). I went to the one in Sugar Creek and they got him squared away in very little time (I waited longer at 291 than it took for me to drive to Sugar Creek, wait in line, and get his permit). Today I went out there to get my driving record. I waited for about 30 minutes to get called and stepped up to the desk. I told her what I needed and she said nope, wrong line. I told her that I was told that any line would work and she said that whoever told me that (another employee in the office) didn't know her job. She then proceeded to put me at the back of the line for what she presumed was the correct line.

I went to Sugar Creek, at which point in time my wife told me her car needed it's license renewed, and when my number was called, I went up to the desk. Not only did they renew the car license, the same exact person also retrieved my driving record.

I guess the 1st woman didn't know what her job entailed. I will never go back to the office at 291.
