MVA SUCKS!! THEY ARE ALL IMMIGRANTS THEMSELVES AND CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH

NOW THEY HAVE MORE LINES OPEN TO GIVE ILLEGAL ALIENS LICENSES THAN LINES FOR US CITIZENS WHO ARE LEGITIMATE - DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?

the telephone information and processing line really stinks. Wait is too long. Directory is too long. I am just trying to call the Express Service Center in Annapolis. It doesn't make sense that I would have to call a central number used by the entire state. I have been trying for hours. Extremely poor service.

I have been trying to get my vehicle registered by law in MD for the last few months. I originally came in and received all necessary information, paid the transfer title fee and then had to get it inspected. After coming in multiple times for other vehicles I had an FR19 sent in on 1/24/12, the same date I registered my BMW. After coming in today(Mon) at 1 pm, I was informed that I would have to have another FR19 in which I already sent in proving insurance. This took 2 hours (330pm) to get in by fax. After receiving it, Ms Sanchez informed me that the date they listed was not accurate- she told me to ask for the FR19 and they put my renewal date on it (2/6/12). She informed me I would have to wait longer to try to get the insurance company to get me another one with the correct date. I then proceeded to wait until 5pm in which she told me I had to leave. The supervisor came back afterward and informed me I could come back the next day. I informed them both that due to having a job and working in Rockville, I was unable to continue to take off of work. Both individuals were rude throughout the end of this in which they walked away. I asked to get the managers name as this was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I cannot afford to take off of work for this again and now am driving an illegal vehicle as my tags expired end of Feb. This is the worst customer service center I have ever experienced. They DO NOT care about helping.
