the waits are not long but the people are so rude, the woman Corey should not be serving people, she is angry at the world yet she doesnt have a clue what she is doing.... she was so rude, i was so grossed out the ways she treated me.

one of the scariest offices i have walked in in USA, i was served by the woman named Corey she actually made me cry, and ordered me to get out of her face, i went to the receptionist to ask to speak to the manager or supervisor and the receptionist told the manager is at lunch and she didn't know when she will be available, i asked her who would know? she told me " well i don't know" well i waited and i spoke to the manager who handled everything well, i still have night mares from that woman Corey.

May 2013 I tool my wife to get an id card and turn in her license. All the Registry personnel were very courteous and patient with us. Short wait time and comfortable setting.

Wilmington DMV has always been known to have the worse, rudest, miserable staff in MA. To the point where people dread going to that location. I know people that travel to Brockton DMV even though they live much closer to Wilmington. I had a female teller scream at my autistic neice for simply dropping her toy near her window, then the teller took the toy and refused to give it back. I complained but like always nothing happened.Their is also an older teller that is very inappropriate to me and my friend who went in there a couple years ago. He bascially sexually harassed us and then asked when he could see us again. Haven't been back since, now I waste gas traveling to a further dmv location.

It was my first time ever at the rmv in MA and I have never been treated so awfully in my life. As soon as I got to the counter it was rush, rush, rush. I was his very first customer and the rmv had just opened. He was very disrespectful and had no patience what so ever. The teller seemed to make lots of sarcastic remarks thinking he was funny but was just truly pissing me off. I was moving as quickly as I could because I didn't want to make any errors. They must truly hate there life! I Recommend going somewhere else!

I had a really bad experience the other day. All I wanted was to simply get my registration and the guy that was at the desk was extremely rude and opinionated for no reason at all! He was basically talking down on the insurance and me. I had a couple simple questions and he made it seem like they were dumb ones. I will definitely be going to a different location next time despite this being close to where I live.

I walked into the RMV today; 7 months pregnant, trying to register a handicap accessible vehicle for my daughter. I was told I could register my new vehicle with a MVU-33 without selling my old vehicle. Upon calling central office, I discovered I can register my new vehicle with MVU-33 by transferring my plates. The women at counter 11 at 9:30 AM on 9/28/11 was extremelyshort tempered, insenstive, lacking in internal operations knowledge, and otherwise out right rude.

Their staff is just simply too lazy to get that done while you were there.
