The Florida DHS&MV has Driver License Offices (for driver licenses, ID cards, renewals, testing, etc.) and County Tax Collector Offices (for titles, registration, license plates, etc.) in all counties throughout the State. Apart from visiting DHS&MV locations to schedule your vision, knowledge and road tests, you may also use the DHS&MV Online Appointment Service and Information System (OASIS) or contact the DHS&MV to schedule appointments and activities in advance.- Make a knowledge test appointment or a road test appointment, or reschedule an existing appointment.
- Make an appointment for license renewal or other services like name/address change, ID cards, duplicate license, etc.
- Make a road test appointment for a commercial license by calling a State Operated Commercial Motor Vehicle Skill Test Site or a CDL Third Party Skill Test Site.

- Driver License Field Offices handle issues concerning licenses, commercial licenses, non-driver IDs, renewals, permits and more. You can also schedule your vision, knowledge and road tests here. Driver License Field offices are usually open Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, except for DHS&MV approved holidays. Some Offices are open on Saturdays. Different License Offices operate at different hours and offer different services. Please verify the hours and services at your preferred Station before visiting in person.
- County Tax Collector Offices deal with titles, registration and more. General hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, except for DHS&MV approved holidays. Some Offices are open on Saturdays. Different Tax Collector Offices operate at different hours. Please verify the hours at your Tax Collector Office before visiting in person.
- Mobile Driver's License Offices handle licenses, commercial licenses, non-driver IDs, renewals, and more. Click here to check mobile unit schedules.
- CDL Third Party Skill Test Sites are authorized by the Florida DHS&MV to conduct road tests for commercial licenses. Different Test Sites operate at different hours. Please verify the hours at your preferred Test Site and make an appointment before visiting in person.
- State Operated Commercial Motor Vehicle Skill Test Sites also conduct road tests for commercial licenses. General hours of operation are Monday-Friday between 8:00 am-6:00 pm, except for DHS&MV approved holidays.
