On July 14, 2012, while visiting Annaplis from CENTRAL FLORIDA, the manager of the Forest Drive store sold me a Bridgestone "Blizzak" tire and installed in my spare without telling me it was a "SnowTire". On Feb. 10,2012, I had a flat in TAMPA FLORIDA and discovered that it was in fact a "Snow Tire". During repeated conversations and E-mails with staff at this location, I have been told that it is out of their hands and has been referred to their Regional MgR. Steve Wilson. I have called, E-mailed and mailed all the detals etc.to Steve Wilson, who has chosen to ignore my problem!! WOULD YOU BUY TIRES HERE???
