I used your end bay car wash, $8, on 12/24/11 and the passenger side dryer did not work. I tried to use the drive-thru dryer for an additional $1 and it didn't work, either! I left a note in the office mailbox, as suggested on the office door, and still have not received any response to correct this loss. After spending $9, I don't believe I should have to dry my vehicle when I get home...

I was at your car wash on 12/20/2011 plus the week before and both times the presoke did not work either time. I always get the deluxe 9:00 dollars worth and for that price I should get what I ask for.
