This is a horrible place and I will never and I mean never purchase anything from this place.
I bought a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500, 31 Mar 2012, and we took it for a ride around the block. I live out in the Mojave desert about 110 miles away from Ontario and Robert was well aware of that. The truck was nice with a few minor things which were agreed upon that because we lived so far away we should pick up the replacement parts and submit the receipts for reimbursement, we have not got all the parts but if it is like anything we have dealt with place I am unsure. We did sign up for the extended warranty. We did get on the highway late Friday afternoon and noticed the breaks when applied shuddered violently. We got it home and took it into our dealer and he said all the rotors and pads were bad and he could not even resurface them as they would be out of specks. I did call and talk to Joanna and she said to bring it back. I am not going to drive that truck back 110 miles as I do not trust the truck with the breaks being as bad as they were and was told that is their policy as I had to return the truck. The truck first off should have never been sold in that condition and the fact that they were aware of the distance that we lived it would have been covered by the warranty. I had asked what do you want me to have it towed back there or do you want me to push it. Again, this is a horrible place and I will never and I mean never purchase anything from this place.
