The purpose of the ‘Terms and Conditions for DMV.com Automotive Business Directory Listings’ is to provide specific information to users who are potentially or currently listed in our directory.

In general any business wishing to be listed or currently listed in our directory must be able to do the following:

• Provide reasonable proof that they are a representative of the business they wish to list
• Provide reasonable proof that they are a representative of the business whose listing they wish to edit
• If asked to verify the above the representative may be asked and required add and maintain the link as provided by DMV.com to the business’ website
• If a representative is unable to place a link on their business’ website or if their business does not have a website that business may not be eligible for a free business listing.
• Must act in accordance with the laws of their local, state/provincial and federal government
• Must act in a manner that is in accordance with DMV.com’s global terms and conditions – http://www.dmv.com/terms

In general DMV.com will act in accordance with the following:

• DMV.com reserves the right to exclude, delete, modify or otherwise alter ANY listing in our automotive directory if we determine this is necessary.
• However, we will endeavour to ensure that your listing is complete and accurate.
• We will endeavour to change at the request of the business listed in our directory the business’ listing with regard to Business Name, Address, City, Location and website within a reasonable period of time.
• We will not guarantee that all website links will be ‘follow’. This will not affect users wishing to click on your website link and travel to your website.
• We do not guarantee that your listing will stay active if your site does not host the link(s) provided by dmv.com on your website
