Quite possible the rudest people we have met since moving to AL. Not the best way to welcome people new to your community. We are out of this place as soon as my husband has completed his contract with his employer. This place is complacent with this type of service because you have poor leadership.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!! There is no reason for these office ladies to be as rude as they are. I work in a office and there is no way I would ever talk to anyone rudely when all they are doing is asking a question. This should NOT be acceptable at all.

This place is terrible. I went to get a new Alabama license and instead of just telling me the documentation I needed the lady got a major attitude and treated me like dirt! There are a lot of qualified people looking for work right now. Why Pell City / Alabama would employ someone like her is beyond me!!!!
