I have tried calling for 3 hours each day for the past 4 days. No one will answer the phones. If I did not have to deal with this DMV I wouldn't but for some reason this is the only one that can assist me. Once I get my problem resolved, I will never be back to this DMV. Horrible service!

Due to being under staff you need to have an appointment or plan on being there at least 4 to 8 hours. I went to the DMV in Cullman , AL with a 8am appointment and had my CDL completed by 10am. Faster service and testing officers with smiles and good attitudes!

This is the worst DMV I have ever seen

We waited 2 1/2 hours for my daughter to get a driver's permit. She finally got in the area behind the desk after 2 hours, and sat there for 30 minutes. I asked how much longer it would be since there were only 3 people in front of her, and they said at least an hour. When I went back to get her to leave, there was only one employee working. We had to go out of town so could not wait any longer. So 2 1/2 hours on her birthday wasted and we still need to go back, but this time it will not be to this office.
